Privacy statement

This website is run by Westerman Realty Limited, trading as Bayleys Tūrangi (Bayleys), to market Piwaka Place at Kuratau. We follow the Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

• Your first and last name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your mobile number.
• That you agreed to receive emails about Piwaka Place, and when.
• How you found us, for example the advert or link you clicked.
• General website usage through Google Analytics (which uses cookies) and Cloudflare Web Analytics (which does not). These tell us how many people visit and which pages they view, not who you are.

Why we collect it

To send you information about Piwaka Place, including the Stage One release, and so Stacey Kingi can contact you about it. We also use it to understand which of our advertising works. We do not sell your details.

Where it is kept

Your registration is stored securely with our service providers, Cloudflare and Microsoft, which may store data outside New Zealand. Only the people working on Piwaka Place can see it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until 12 months after the final section at Piwaka Place has sold, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. You can ask to see or correct the details we hold about you, or ask us to delete them, by contacting Stacey Kingi at stacey.kingi@bayleys.co.nz or Bayleys Tūrangi on 07 386 8686.
